Larry Jordan: And welcome back to the first day of the 2019 NAB Show. This This is Larry Jordan and I'm talking to Justin Emge. He's the applications engineering manager for Clear-Com.

Hello, Justin. Welcome.

Justin Emge: Thank you so much for having us.

Larry Jordan: What is an applications engineer manager?

Justin Emge: Well, we actually have application engineers worldwide. We actually have seven here in the United States, covering North and South America. We have three over covering all of Europe, including Russia and Africa, and we also have three over in Asia Pacific. So we go out, we commission systems, we go out and do level two tech support, on-site or remotely. We provide support with new product developments, so we go and work with the engineers and the guys at the factory even to help them understand what it is that the customer needs, what the customer wants, maybe the problems they're having, or maybe even just new features.

Larry Jordan: Because Clear-Com tends to work, not always, but tends to work with larger enterprises who have more complex requirements, then they would call one of your guys in before the sale starts to helped design the system and then see the system through, through installation?
