Larry Jordan: If I'm a filmmaker, do you guys rent cameras? Can I rent the whole production setup that I need for my shoot or should I look at other rental companies?

Paul Kobelja: As far as cameras are concerned, absolutely, yes. And our camera rental division isÔøΩ for lack of a better wordÔøΩ immense, and we service clients throughout the production spectrum, straight to Internet productions all the way up to major feature films.

LJ: Help me understand how I would work with VER. What do you need from me as a filmmaker? Say it's the first time I've come to you. What do you expect me to have? What kind of insurance do I need? How do I work with you in terms of specifying what equipment, or even if I don't know what the equipment is that I want, what's the process?

PK: Those are all things that get worked out after an initial phone call. We take phone calls from all types, all people, all the time. We are very good at understanding. The camera division, in particular, is very good at understanding the professional level of the person they're talking to on the phone, either to just simply provide information to somebody who knows exactly what they want and actually to provide guidance to someone who needs that guidance.
