Larry Jordan: Welcome back. There's another company sitting next to me. Well, the company isn't, but their VP of Client Services and a co-founder is. The company called Wicket Labs. You probably haven't heard of them, which is one of the reasons we wanted to invite them on the show because they've got some cool ideas that I think are worth sharing. Eric Knutson is the VP of Client Services as well as a co-founder for Wicket. Eric, thanks for joining us today.

Eric Knutson: Thank you. Thanks for having me.

Larry Jordan: How would you describe the company?

Eric Knutson: So we're a data analytics and insights platform.

Larry Jordan: Data analytics?

Eric Knutson: Yeah. So, right now, we're mostly focused on subscription video on demand products as part of services, focusing on bringing a lot of disparate data sources together. So as companies, like HBO To Go for example, start to launch out into other off the other tether subscription video businesses, we bring their data sources together. So we coalesce data from their subscription management platform, from their marketing analytics platforms, from their video views and we try to create a single view of the customer across the entire customer lifecycle and how well they're engaged with the service, what they're doing, what kind of actions they're taking, and then we create action ability on top of that.

Larry Jordan: Now, who is looking at these statistics? It's not the consumer, it's the content provider?

Eric Knutson: Yeah, the content provider themselves. So we're working, a lot of times, with the marketing department, part of the business side of it, and we're providing insight back to or analytics back to those users so they can see how they're doing on the acquisition channel or how well they're converting customers from a free trial to a paid subscription.
